Ingredients:

1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for frying

For the sauce:

1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup sea moss gel
1/4 cup chopped basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet.

Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until softened.

Add the crushed tomatoes, sea moss gel, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add the meatballs back into the skillet and let them cook in the sauce for about 5 minutes.

While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the meatballs and sauce. Toss everything together well.

Serve the spaghetti and meatballs with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.

This recipe is a great way to incorporate sea moss into your diet. Sea moss has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and is known for its health benefits. When mixed into the sauce, it adds a unique and delicious flavor to the dish while also providing additional health benefits. Enjoy!
